Action Alert - Time Sensitive - Vaccinations

This is a Call To Action for those living in the U.S. and a means to file a complaint if they have been abused or threatened by, a government agency and/or a public organization and/or a practice, that receives federal funding.

We are living in a new time. Doors are opening but will do little good if we do not take action and step across the threshold.

Deadline March 27, 2018

On Jan. 18th 2018, the U.S. President Trump established a new Division within the Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights Department. You can read about the new Conscience and Religious Freedom Division HERE.

The Department will be revising regulations and procedures to ensure that persons or entities are not subjected to certain practices or policies that violate conscience, coerce, or discriminate, in violation of such Federal laws.

Complaints can be filed to bring attention to what is happening in America's agencies, states, hospitals, pharmacies, medical professionals, schools and more.

All too often vaccinations have proven to be dangerous for children and adults alike. One only has to visit the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) government data to see a small portion of the damages and costs incurred because of adverse events.

One of the current practices used by Child Protective Services (CPS) is identifying a family that has chosen to homeschool their children, refused vaccinations or have decided to delay vaccination. The vaccination issue is one used by CPS many times as a preliminary element in their "good cause" for family intervention which eventually leads to "child removal" for additional reasons. Once the child is removed and placed into foster care they are then vaccinated without parent knowledge or consent.

CPS is also abusing their authority by recommending children in their custody be prescribed mind altering SSRI drugs which carry a great potential for causing harm and even death, not only to the patient but those around them.
Other studies have revealed that youth in foster care covered by Medicaid insurance receive psychotropic medication at a rate 3 times higher than those of Medicaid-insured youth qualifying with low family income standards. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO
With the enforcement of vaccination practices growing exponentially here in the U.S. we were concerned that our cries for help on the issue may not be heard.

On Feb.15, 2018, Eileen Kurlander, United States Health Consortium (USHC) Director spoke with Arina Grossu. Arina Grossu is the Conscience and Religious Freedom (CRF) Division contact within Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Civil Rights (OCR) to confirm that vaccination complaints would be justly heard.

Thank you to Eileen Kurlander for this direct question to Arina Grossu: Is the HHS-OCR-CRF portal designed for vaccine complaints? Answer: NO.

After this initial call, Arina (CRF) called us back and said they want to help us. Arina gave us information for filing on the portal so vaccine situation complaints can be directed to the proper Complaint Attorneys for review.

THE CRF DIVISION IS WILLING TO ADD VACCINE SITUATIONS HOWEVER THEY ASKED US TO HELP THEM.

If you live outside the U.S. but have friends or family in the U.S.
please forward this information to those that may need it.

According to the OCR website, “You can go online to file any complaint based on a violation of civil rights, conscience or religious freedom, or health information privacy."

As stated by CRF Director Severino:
“The protection of conscience is a freedom that for too long has not been given the attention it deserves,”
Now is the time to hold them to it!
